Smoke on the Water

Save the Date has been a self funded organisation for the past four years. It’s imperative to us that we retain our pay as you feel model for our market stall and one evening a week.

However, the financial pressures of operating with this payment structure have meant us moving from venue to venue unable to do the work we really want to.

So in April 2019 we will be launching Smoke on the Water. Using a selection of our gorgeous surplus veg and beautiful, lesser loved cuts of meat we will be presenting an ever changing, sustainable menu catering for everyone.
